The Mandate.

Overseeing the development, monitoring and review of the School’s Strategic planning and implementation process to meet the School’s mandate.

Ensuring adherence to governance obligations, statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with legal obligations.

Developing or coordinating and managing implementation of identified innovations to enhance competitiveness and sustainability.

Overseeing the development and implementation of an action plan based on corporate risk management framework to ensure business continuity in the School.

Guiding the annual target setting process leading to performance contract signing and cascading the performance contracts in line with relevant statutory guidelines to realize the strategic plan objectives

To drive sustainable growth and enhance the institution's capacity to foster innovative solutions, mobilize resources, and support youth empowerment initiatives.

To ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction for both internal and external clients.

SPPM Launches School’s Strategic Plan 2023 – 2027

The KSG's 2023-2027 Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap to guide the institution for the next five years.

It aims to transform KSG into a leading centre for public service capacity building in Kenya and beyond. This Strategic plan period 2023-2027 coincides with MTP IV making the plan ideal in the realization of vision 2030.

The school successfully launched its strategic plan for the period 2023-2027 on June 21, 2024, at the KSG Lower Kabete campus which the department championed the launch.

3. If you can’t see success, you cant reward it

Angela Mukiri

Head of Department

Ms. Angela Mukiri is an astute and solution–oriented Monitoring and Evaluation professional with a strategic, balanced and forward thinking approach that enables her to champion attainment of excellence as a result of sustaining high performance standards.

She is diversely experienced in designing, planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting in the public and private sectors with an understanding of how to identify areas, outperforming expectations as well as those that need improvement. She leads her team leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills refined through multicultural and multifunctional team experiences.

Pauline Kemunto

Administration Officer

She has a passion to work individually, and, or as part of a development team in a challenging and competitive environment to gain new skills and to share the acquired skills for the mutual benefit of the department and the organization. She is self-motivated, and goal oriented, with strong interpersonal and management skills, which has established her reputation for outstanding performance.

She has vast knowledge and experience in Strategic planning; Corporate Performance Management; Quality Management Systems; Information Security Management system; Risk Management; and Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Reporting.

Daniel Muli

Administration Officer

Mr. Muli possesses remarkable experience in strategy alignment, business intelligence gathering, data manipulation, performance management, monitoring, evaluation and report writing. Muli is dependable and reliable in supporting and enabling team effort in the department.

Peter Mwangi

Administration Officer

Peter is a curiosity driven officer eager to learn and support the functions of the department. Conversant with monitoring, evaluation, and strategy planning, he also habours lots of interest in mobile software.

Bonface Ngigi

Bonface is a self driven and a team player equipped with data analysis skills. Planning and performance management are also my areas of interest. I'm eager to learn monitoring and evaluation to sharpen my skills further.
